An Invitation from Pudong High School
Although there have been opportunities this spring for current
Pudong Grade 8 parents to learn about Pudong High School, as the end of the year
approaches I would like to offer you one more! This will be a completely open
agenda – the counselor, activity director, and I will be available to answer any
questions you might have -whether about activities, expectations, homework, or
the orientation program currently being planned for Grade 8 students, or
anything else that may.

The purpose? Sending a child to high school, especially for the
first time, usually raises our “Parental Stress Quotient” a few notches as we
look forward into the next few years. We hope that this final meeting will allow
you to have those final questions answered and thus possibly lower any level of
worry you may have. In this way you can better support your son or daughter as
they prepare for this important new stage of life and education.
